In 1945, the catalog shows both replaced by the steel 9050 (which I have one of). According to the Atlas MMB5 manual, the serial number ranges for the four models were:

This is a very nice atlas MFC horizontal milling machine. It is intact and fully functional. There are no broken castings. This mill has the 32 speed table feed option. It needs a new drive belt and some minor adjustments for the back gear.
